As all items are produced custom made to order, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges unless defective merchandise has been received. Customers are responsible for approving all artwork and product selections prior to payment. In the event a customer receives a product with an error in design, on the incorrect product, or on a defective product, the customer will be entitled to a brand new order free of charge, plus a 10% discount on their next order. All errors must be brought to the attention of Clothes On within 7 days of the delivery date. All concerns must be emailed to email@example.com.
Note: Every attempt is made to accurately depict colors in final artwork proofs. Colors are depicted and screenprinted using the Pantone Matching System. We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of products shown on this website. Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the color you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of to dissatisfaction due to color.
Sizing may vary between brands and styles. Size charts are available upon request, but we can not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
